At In The Kitchen, we take the security and confidentiality of our clients’ information seriously. While we are not a software vendor, our work often involves handling sensitive business materials, and we maintain strong safeguards to protect them.
Data Handling
We do not collect, process, or store customer data on behalf of clients beyond what’s necessary for our engagements.
Any client materials are stored securely in Google Workspace, which is SOC 2 Type II compliant and encrypted at rest and in transit.
Access to client files is restricted to project team members and protected by multi-factor authentication.
Tools & Infrastructure
We use secure, industry-standard cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Figma, and OpenAI for collaboration and creative work.
All devices used in our operations are password-protected and encrypted.
Privacy
Our website collects minimal analytics data (e.g., traffic volume and source) to improve user experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
